Meal Plan

It feels good to eat well (and healthy)
Breakfast

1 piece of toast
 
Eat a balanced breakfast every morning. It is the most important meal of the day and provides the energy needed to get things started. This meal should include protein and vitamins.
Lunch
 
1/2 cup tuna
1 cup cottage cheese
1 piece of toast
Black coffee or tea
 
Lunch is a chance to get away and socialize. Always include vegetables!
Dinner
 
Lean meat or chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1 apple
 
Dinner is a time to build your meal together. Involve the kids in meal preparation
Snack

Prepare snacks in advance so they will be easy to grab and the kids can self serve.
